We are excited to introduce to you a beautiful Columbia family. Stephen, a computer engineer, Jem, a software engineer, and their children Jacob and Kaleb love living in Columbia. The good food and the good weather is a big part of why they love Maryland; and like all good Marylanders, good food equals crabs. 

The beautiful fall season is a favorite time of year for their family. The children love pony rides, hay rides and to attend festivals. Picking pumpkins, drinking hot apple cider, eating apple cider donuts and kettle corn popcorn make for a great family outing.

A few of their favorite places to visit is Clark’s Elioks Farm and Blandair Park and if they want to avoid crowds, Holiday Hills Park that is tucked away. Jem, who is a University of Maryland graduate says the three words that best describes them is laugh, learn and love. She says, “We are a family that enjoys learning new things and taking new adventures together. We fill our home with laughter and we are a family who love and depends on each other”.
