The Women’s Leadership Conference was created by the Howard County Chamber of Commerce as a platform to recognize women in every stage of her profession.

The purpose of the conference is to offer professional women of all levels the opportunity to grow and successfully advance their careers while networking with other professionals, leaders and mentors in the community. The objective of the conference is to appeal to women within nonprofit, commercial and government sectors, attract others outside of the Howard County corridor and to be acknowledged as the one and only conference of its kind. Our goal is that attendees will be not only inspired, but called to action, through specific tools and takeaways in the WLC sessions.

This year's conference will be headlined by our three keynote speakers: Lakey Boyd (President/CEO, Columbia Association), Mary Ann Scully (Dean, Loyola University Maryland Sellinger School of Business and Management), and Krish O’Mara Vignarajah (President & CEO, Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service).

The program will also include four different breakout sessions, an afternoon mini session, and countless opportunities for networking and making new connections.
