As the crisp fall air invites us to slow down, this 2-hour guided practice offers a chance to shed stress, connect with your inner stillness, and restore your body and mind.
In this unique experience, Jessie Kates (owner of SHIFT) will help all in attendance find their bliss and deep state of inner calm. The afternoon begins with a welcome from our host Anika Baty Mills. Then Jessie will gently guide you through through Yoga Nidra, a meditative practice known as “yogic sleep.” Designed to promote profound relaxation and inner awareness, it’s the perfect antidote to the busy pace of the season. Whether you're seeking a moment of peace, a chance to recharge, or a way to ease into the transition of fall, this event will leave you feeling rejuvenated.
